AB - This article is focused on the three landscape of the late Joseon court indicated in yadam. Based on the contents of the front, I was researching on the "person living world" had thought the late Joseon people. The laws prevent a crime will happen in the future, and the punishment is to control for the crime happened. Laws and punishment is a prerequisite for maintaining the community, both are not different meaning.
Yadam has disclosed the appearance of the court into three categories. First, just record the incident but was rewrite some of the contents of the book. It is a result that reflects the expectations of the public. Second, yadam asks that you choose which one is right in forgiveness and punishment. Third, yadam is discloseed to the human rights issues. These three types are the modern thinking.
These three types are the modern idea, the late Joseon people believes that every human life is worth the same.
