Editorial Policy

1. Editorial Board Composition

The editorial board consists of experts in relevant academic fields, appointed based on their research expertise. The Editor-in-Chief is nominated by the society and approved by the board. Editors serve for a term of two years, renewable.

2. Editorial Responsibility

The board is responsible for managing submissions, assigning reviewers, and making final publication decisions. All editorial processes must be fair, transparent, and based solely on academic merit.

3. Fair Review Process

Manuscripts are reviewed without bias regarding authors’ gender, race, affiliation, or nationality. A double-blind peer review system is strictly maintained.

4. Publication Decision

Final decisions are made based on peer review reports and editorial judgment. Additional reviews may be requested if necessary.

5. Conflict of Interest

Editors must recuse themselves from handling manuscripts in which they have personal or professional conflicts of interest.

6. Confidentiality

All submitted materials and review processes are kept strictly confidential and are not used for any purpose other than editorial evaluation.

7. Ethical Violations

The board investigates cases of misconduct (e.g., plagiarism, fabrication, false authorship) and takes appropriate actions, including rejection or retraction of articles.

8. Policy Updates

Editorial policies may be revised as needed and will be publicly announced on the journal’s website. Editors are responsible for adhering to the latest version.
