Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing

Journal Publication Policy

1. Submission and Peer Review

Submissions are open to all researchers in relevant fields. Manuscripts are submitted via an online system or email and are reviewed by three experts in the same or related fields. A double-blind peer review process is used. Review results are generally provided within 4 weeks. Evaluation criteria include originality, academic contribution, logical structure, and methodological validity.

2. Research and Publication Ethics

Plagiarism and duplicate publication are strictly prohibited. All listed authors must have made significant contributions. Ghost or honorary authorship is not allowed. Reviewers must avoid conflicts of interest and keep content confidential. Editors must remain impartial and maintain author confidentiality. Ethical violations may result in rejection, correction, or retraction of the article.

3. Copyright and License

Copyright belongs to the society. Articles are published under an Open Access model with a CC BY-NC license, allowing free non-commercial use with proper attribution. Authors may repost their published articles on institutional or personal websites.

4. Publication Type and Fees

The journal is published three times per year, with online-first publication available. No submission or review fees are charged, but a publication fee may apply after acceptance. (See website for details.)

5. Retraction and Corrections

Authors may withdraw a paper before publication. After publication, retraction may occur in cases of serious errors or ethical issues, as decided by the editorial board. Corrections are published separately and linked to the original article. Retracted papers remain accessible with a clear notice.

6. Data Sharing and Reproducibility

Authors are encouraged to share research data for transparency and reproducibility. Supplementary materials may be submitted. Access to data (e.g., URLs) should be clearly stated in the manuscript.

7. Conflict of Interest

Authors and reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, including funding sources, affiliations, or personal relationships. All funding and support must be clearly stated in the manuscript.

8. Other Policies

Editorial policies may change as needed, with announcements posted on the journal website. Personal information of authors and readers is protected and used only for journal-related purposes.
