1. Editors will invite reviewers for each manuscript assigned to them and make it sure that authors and reviewers are not identified with to each other.

2. Reviewers are expected to review each manuscript based on their commitment to the integrity and the highest standards of peer-review.

3. Reviewers must not share the review or information about the paper with anyone or contact the author(s) directly without permission from the editor.

4. Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript should not be used in a reviewer's own research without the express written consent of the author(s). Information or ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential.
