ABSTRACT

This study is about stories of filial piety. Stories of filial piety are distributed into three types that go by character of a parent-child relationship. The first one is about marvelous achievements. From this story the child seek some food or medicine for the life of parents. Buy the way, Looking for that medicine or the food is very difficult or it is to be impossible The second is about self-injury behavior. The child does body hazard oneself for the parents from this story, or it sacrifices the grandchild. This two case is a unilateral and extreme character of filial piety. The third is about self-injury behavior. This is stories that the child understands the mind of the parents and the children whom it thinks from position of the parents. Two case before is story about the children who are immature. But, In the third story mature child understands his, or her parents by mean of human. It is filial piety indeed that we raise.
