AB - This paper aims to study on the employment status of the irregular women's worker in Gyeongnam region. The results of the study are as follows:At first, the wage of the irregular women's worker is lower than the wage at the nation land local level and the most of them work under 100 employee on a scale. Second, the most working motive of them is no chance in regular job. Third, their work experiences are more than 3 years and they didn't have idea to change the job. Forth, their union-member ratio is about 50% and the activities are more helpful to solve the labor problems than gender problems. the last, the unfair treatments to them are the discrimination in wage and allowances, welfare, worker-periods and non-recognition about work-career etc.
