AB - This paper outlines and discusses the Linked plans between hot spring and tourism industry for the urban regeneration in Bugok Special Tourist Zone. Previous studies are reviewed, major sites are visited, and business status are checked to focus on the purpose of this paper. A number of linked plans have suggested the need for hot-spring tourism and regional regeneration business. Firstly, it needs to research study for the tourists and makes a annual report for quality and value for business. Secondly, a business investment is needed to attract private companies that make Bugok’s economy growing. Thirdly, residents association which consists of local hot spring businessmen has power and responsibility for Bugok hot spring opeation at some parts with budget execution and executive authority.
