AB - The research aims to analyze and apply the military leadership of Admiral Yi Sun-shin to modern military leadership to present policy implications for smooth communication, coordination and achievement of the command system. Implementation of Yi's military leadership is important in the current management and application of military leadership to win in the battlefield. Admiral Yi's leadership can be used in modern military organizations to smoothly communicate, recognize the situation, decide rationally the best course of action, and manage the military command through consideration and interest in his subordinates.
