ABSTRACT

The importance of stabilization has been greatly increased until the final stabilization and peace after the inter-state military disputes in modern times. Stabilization is ultimately an important task to resolve friction and balance in pursuit of national stability and people's happiness. However, in Korea, there is a tendency to look at stabilization from the viewpoint of the consensus that the military operation level in military conflicts is merely a mere conflict, and to overlook the necessity of efforts in the field of peace or wartime to pursue better stability and peace by creating a new environment. Therefore, this paper focuses on the concept of stabilization and attempts to reestablish the concept of stabilization by broadly interpreting it in terms of political, economic, social, and military aspects of military integration To this end, we recognized the importance of 'friction and balance between the government, the army and the people' in the process of stabilization, and applied it to the case of military integration in Iraq and Germany. In order to apply stabilization to the Korean Peninsula in the future, we have focused on what kind of preparation we should prepare As a result, it can be confirmed that stabilization can be applied both in military conflict and military integration, especially in peace, in the area of the military, and minimizes friction between the propulsion systems and stabilizes balance.
