AB - The nation has searched for a feasibility in the community through 'creation of ecological village' as a project to newly design the future of Korean society. Many modern people with definite subjective awareness, earnestly try to find out or create a social culture where they can break way from complete devotion called develop and growth, and feel common possession and hope of diverse actual life culture to give life vitality. And they perceive that such culture and wish is not achieved by any political policy or institution brought up by a government, agency or enterprise, but accompanied by a change of each member creating, namely, 'upward' change. 'Ecological villages projects' under way by the development plan of a village have induced 'voluntary' participation of residents, made effort to push ahead with 'resident initiated-type' village project for the residents, by the residents, expanding its goal to 'village initiated-type' all the village community takes responsibility for the project results. However, to realize it, all villages need the 'competence expansion' of all subjects, which is for leaders as well as entire local residents. Such competence expansion and solidification should be sought in a diverse aspect. Of them, it urgently requires knowledge on 'Art culture Application' to turning local life culture to peculiar cultural item, its operation system, and life-long level 'humane Education'. Only so the life and Art Culture of residents should be mature in the culture of 'face-to-face group'.
