ABSTRACT

Zhuang-Zi's philosophy is based on Tao monism. The root of Tao gives birth to all beings. And the Tao is an undivided true world regarded as an unity. Such Tao appears as each and every divided being in the mundane world. But all beings haven't been divided in Tao. In other words, those have nothing for its own peculiar characteristics at the root. So all beings are in a true condition at the root. In physics, string theory is a theoretical framework in which the point-like particles of particle physics are replaced by one-dimensional objects called strings. In the string theory, a string appears as individual matters in the 4-dimensional space-time. Moreover we live in a world consisting of 11-dimensional space-time. But we have not recognized the extra 7-dimensional space because it is so small and even light that a particle can't penetrate it. So we have been seeing this world as a 4-dimensional space-time.
