AB - This paper examines Nietzsche's philosophy of health, focusing on the Resentment(Ressentiment) which is important in the slave revolt hypothesis of morality presented by Nietzsche, and discusses the problems of Nietzsche's philosophy from a critical point of view. I would like to explore what his point of view might mean for philosophical counseling or philosophical practice. In other words, I would like to investigate the possibility that the cognitive distortion caused by one's resentment can be healed in relation to restoring self-esteem.
