ABSTRACT

Representing a dynamics of immanent principle for expanding those planes of philosophy, science, and art, Deleuze and Guattari’s philosophy of assemblage exemplified the nomadic movement with ritornello. Repetitional movement of the ritornello is not only a force for transitions of philosophical concept and scientific function propositions, but mostly also for the existence making of artworks as blocks of sensations and its unique styles. Moreover based evolutions of artwork on the nomadic properties of ritornello, the explanative intention of their terminology by geographic philosophy is utterly valid. Being territory of African American society placed outside of the american white mainstream’ ring, their jazz music had to meet the need of communication claim with the improvisation, which is corresponding to the creative dynamics of musical ritornello. The attempt of jazz improvisation and its style evolution at the transition from logos’ swing to nomadic avant-garde bebop can be an inferential exemplar of the aesthetical de- and re-territorializations as jazz nomadism.
