AB - This paper treats ideological bisection of Korean language for a series of research on the meaning of people. Korean language is still divided into left and right, or progressivism and conservatism. When you use some terms, you are arbitrary classified into one party or the other.
We should recognize that kind of division, and prepare to overcome it with strong will. Specially, young people who does not know that kind of division could be fallen into a certain ideology unconsciously. Before the right time has gone, the elder generation who has ever experienced that ideology has to leave some records for the next generation.
We are not free from ideology due to language and its frame. We, however, have to be free from it in terms of democracy for people. The 5 pairs of concepts we deal with are actually opposite each other, for example, Korean two vocabulary for class, labor, friend, chairman, and the red.
We have to find out proper word in our linguistic constitution. We need two wings including both sides.
