ABSTRACT

This study empirically analyzed the relationship between the Entrepreneurship of management, as perceived by organizational members, and the impact on innovative behavior and management performance, and reaffirmed the importance of Entrepreneurship. The results of this study are as follows: The results of a survey of 220 organizational members working in a company in October 2024 were verified using the SPSS 24.00 statistical package program for the hypotheses established. First, Entrepreneurship had a positive effect on innovative behavior. Second, Entrepreneurship was statistically significantly analyzed to have a positive effect on management performance. Third, innovative behavior was confirmed to have a positive effect on management performance. This study empirically analyzed the importance of Entrepreneurship possessed by management, who are the actual decision makers of a company, as a key factor in improving management performance, which is the result derived for the advancement of sustainable management of a company. There is a need to expand mutual empathy that can implement innovative behaviors with a clearer awareness of the Entrepreneurship displayed by management. In addition, the innovative behaviors of organization members should be able to continuously improve innovative behaviors by reestablishing organizational culture and systems that can improve innovative behaviors as management performance improves.
