ABSTRACT

This study investigates the user experience (UX) of Large Language Model (LLM) platforms ChatGPT, CLOVA, and Gemini in the Korean linguistic context to identify factors influencing continuous use intention. Utilizing the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and the System Usability Scale (SUS), the research empirically demonstrates that trust serves as a critical mediator between performance expectancy, accessibility, and long-term retention. Analysis reveals that intuitive UI/UX design is a fundamental prerequisite for establishing user trust in complex AI services. These findings provide strategic insights for enhancing the competitiveness of domestic LLM platforms. Future research is proposed to examine the evolution of UX following the integration of multimodal functionalities.
