AB - This paper examines the multi causes of cultural conflicts and collisions between Hallyu and Anti-Hallyu in the North-East Asia. Also it gives a proposal for the crossing-border of cultural conflicts and collisions between Hallyu and Anti-Hallyu and a researching of hybrid culture governance system in the North-East Asia. In especial this paper proposes some renewal concepts and terminologies as like K-culture, C-Culture, J-Culture and hybrid culture governance system, etc.
The purpose of this paper is a beginning of new research for a overcoming cultural conflicts and collisions between Hallyu and Anti-Hallyu in the North-East Asia and a groping for a solution of peace-coexistence governance system in local area. In addition to this proposal, K-Culture will be a renewal cultural promotion for overspreading to the another world, for example in North America, South America, Europe, Africa and Australia and so on.
