ABSTRACT

This study is a study to verify the hypothesis about the rivalry between student rights and teacher rights. Previous studies on student rights and teacher rights tended to support complementary perspectives. However, this study attempts a multilateral approach using variables dealing with various aspects of student rights and teacher rights. This is because this study aims to analyze the effect of respect for rights experience on the perception of teacher right by analyzing student’s experience of respecting their rights and their perception of teacher right. Data of this study is ‘2022 Gyeonggi-do Student Human Rights Survey’ data and conducted ANOVA and multiple regression analyses based on questions estimated to affect students' perceptions of respect for teacher rights. As a result, it was confirmed that a correlation with student’s positive experiences on human rights might affect positive recognition of teacher rights. This means the experience of respecting human rights in our society, including the home and society, not just within the school, can be crucial.
