Christian records are greatly diversified as they are scattered in various institutions inside and outside of the church, which include records of Christian organizations, individuals, and the media. Given this, their management methods also vary. Because of this diversification of methods, it is difficult for people to access and make use of these records. This study aims to develop rules for the archival description of Christian historical records to provide a foundation that will allow users to have an integrated system where they can access all Christian records from different institutions including the church. For this purpose, the rules for archival description of the National Archives of Korea and the Korea Democracy Foundation, and those of the Presbyterian Church in the United States were compared, and from this comparison, features of each institution were identified. Using the features based on ISAD(G) (General International Standard Archival Description) and Christian historical records, the rules for the archival description of Christian historical records were developed.

The purpose of this study is to measure the expectation level and perception level of service quality in 25 records centers in local governments based in Seoul. For this, an evaluation index consisting of 5 factors and 31 items is developed through literature research and an investigation of the present condition. The results of this study confirmed that users are not satisfied with the service quality of the records centers in the local governments as the expectation level is higher than the perception level, with a statistically significant difference. This study can be substantial in attempts to analyze the present status of the service quality of the records centers in local governments and in proposing an improvement plan based on the process quality.

Approximately 10 million electronic approval documents have been released online since the commencement of the original information disclosure service. However, it is practically impossible to carry out an original information disclosure service by confirming a large amount of electronic approval documents to all persons in charge of information disclosure. Recently, some public organizations have been using private information filtering tools to filter personal information at the stage of document production, but the management of different sensitive information has not been managed using solutions. In this study, we set up the advanced direction of the filtering tool by analyzing the filtering tool in use to support the original information disclosure, and redesigned the text of the approval document and the original information disclosure process with the use of the filtering tool.
