ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between learning attitude, self-leadership, and nursing professionalism of nursing students in the COVID-19, and to identify the influencing factors on nursing professionalism. The subjects of the study were 226 nursing students, and data were collected from September 17 to 31, 2022. Data analysis was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0. As a result of the study, self-leadership was positively correlated with nursing professionalism, and self-leadership was the most influential factor of nursing professionalism. This study is meaningful in that it presents basic data for the promotion of nursing professionalism by identifying the level of learning attitude, self-leadership, and nursing professionalism of nursing students in the COVID-19, and confirming the influencing factors of nursing professionalism.
