ABSTRACT

The adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) has improved automation and efficiency in software quality management; however, complex domain interpretation and ethical judgment still require human expertise. Existing approaches tend to focus on either AI-driven automation or human-centered processes, with limited integration of both. This paper proposes a hybrid software quality management framework that combines AI automation with human expert judgment to enhance reliability and consistency. The framework is based on four principles—role optimization, interactive feedback, multi-layered quality evaluation, and continuous improvement—and is aligned with ISO/IEC 25010 quality characteristics. Experimental evaluations conducted in smart manufacturing, educational AI (EduTech), and cloud service quality management demonstrate that the proposed hybrid approach effectively improves the speed and reliability of quality management. These results indicate that the framework can serve as a practical model for AI–human collaborative quality management in industrial applications.
