AB - Objectives : The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between the life satisfactionof high school students and their oral health practice and to provide the right method of oralhealth maintenance.
Methods : The subjects were 307 high school students in Chungcheongnam-do. A self-reportedquestionnaire was filled out from May 13 to 28, 2013. The questionnaire included life satisfactionand oral health practice. Data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0.
Results : A frequent visit to dental clinic improved the quality of oral health in high schoolstudents by way of toothbrushing, use of dental hygiene devices, and diet control.
Conclusions : It is very important to practice continuing oral health education in high schoolstudents by dental hygienists.
