AB - 日本語の子音/g/の異音としての[ŋ]は、もともと東京を中心とする地域で多く使われていたが、最近、特に若い世代を中心に失われつつある傾向にある。したがって、今後幼兒の言語習得においても、/g/の異音[ŋ]に關連した現象を考察するのはますます難しくなっていくだろう。
本稿では、あえてこの消えつつある音[ŋ]に注目し、幼兒の言語習得過程の初期段階で觀察された置換現象（[ŋ]->[n]）、及び習得段階を、最適性理論でいう制約のリランキングによって說明し、同じ置換現象が觀察された韓國語における[ŋ]の習得過程との比較も試みた。
これらの考察を通して、一つの音[ŋ]の習得過程の言語間（本稿では日本語と韓國語）における基底形の違いによる結果の差異を制約ランキングによって說明すると同時に、一つの置換現象の言語普遍性を提示していく上でのワンステップを築くこと目標とする。
