AB - 本稿에서 硏究對象으로 삼고 있는 사랑과 행복의 感情關聯 語彙는 기리시탄 資料 중에서도 語義變化를 살피는 데 있어서 매우 유용하다. 그 用語로는「大切」「大事」「恋」「愛」「さいはひ」「しあはせ」「幸福」등이 있으며, 이들 用語는 人間의 감정을 미묘하게 드러내는 동시에 이 用語들이 日本 文化的 환경에서 語義 變化가 일어난 역사적 사실을 비교적 명확하게 드러내고 있다.
그러므로 本稿에서는 中世 기리시탄 文獻中, 天草版『平家物語』『イソポ物語』『金句集』를 비롯하여 당시의 그리스도教 文學의 代表格인『こんてんむつすむん地』『ぎやとぺかどる』등의 宗教書, 그리고 『狂言』『捷解新語』등을 중심으로 現代와 다른 意味로 사용되어 지고 있는 用語, 그 중에서도 특히 인간의 感情과 그리스도教 思想의 핵심적인 개념을 나타내는 위의 用語例에 대하여 考察하였다.
이들 感情語彙의 意味變化 様相을 고찰하면, 우선「大切의 考察」에서는 室町時代 「大切」의 宗教的이고 特殊한 語義變化의 一例였으며, 다음의 「恋(こい)와 愛(あい)의 考察」에서는 時代別·文化的 차이에 의한 一般的 語義變化의 一例로서 語義확대가 일어 난 「愛(あい)」의 意味變化를 볼 수 있었으며, 마지막으로 「しあはせ의 考察」에서는 中立的 性格을 지닌 語가 점차 플러스(＋) 마이너스(－)의 평가적 性格을 띤 語義로 變化하는 例로 考察되었고, 이런 다양한 語義變化를 통해 語彙의 史的 考察에 대한 체계를 볼 수 있었다.
