ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to investigate the serial multiple mediating effect of emotion and sense of community in the relationship between peer trust and life satisfaction in Christian post-adolescents. And the study seeks to provide basic data for teaching and counseling at the pastoral and educational sites. In order to achieve this purpose conducted to measure peer trust on Christian post-adolescents and life satisfaction, emotion and sense of community from 560 Christian post-adolescents. And using SPSS Version 21.0, and the methods of statistics were frequency analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis. And then structure equation analysis. Based on result of the study are as follows. First, peer trust on Christian postadolescents directly affect life satisfaction, emotion, sense of community. Second, emotion and sense of community has a partial mediating effect between peer trust on Christian post-adolescents and life satisfaction. Third, Peer trust wielded relation on life satisfaction, which was sequentially mediated by emotion, sense of community. The church is the best institution to develop and maintain Christian Post-Adolescents’ peer trust and sense of community. Therefore the Church is necessary to develop the training, personal and group program for these. On count of limitations of the study, directions for follow-up study were qualitative research and research programs should be conducted.
