ABSTRACT

This article identifies factors influencing the acceptance of new service for mobile device using a variety of independent variables such as service quality, brand image, price, fun, satisfaction and commitment. A empirical survey of 73 questionnaire was conducted to perform PLS methods. The results suggest that brand image, price and fun are mediated by satisfaction and commitment to have a statistically significant influence on continuing use. Based on the results, communication service industries should consider up-to-date brand images, appropriate fees and individual preferences seriously and maintain amicable relations with their customers.
