ABSTRACT

Uganda is the country which has a lot of the poor in the east Africa and the country which is one of the poorest countries in the world. In the past Uganda was the agricultural economic system, but has suffered the absolute poverty because of the over-dependency on the low productivity of agriculture, the expansion of the working women and etc. This study purpose to research the economic environment of the poorest Uganda in the east Africa in the viewpoint of geosocial, political, and administrative conditions, and to propose the strategy and the various solutions for solving the poverty.
