ABSTRACT

Notwithstanding that the Korea International Cooperation Agency(hereinafter referred to as ‘KOICA’)’s dispatch by field is concentrated on the educational field, there is still a lot to do, especially in the sector of educational & policy-based support for systematic education & training program development & support. Hereupon, this study is intending to propose the measuring tool for the education & training program transfer in order to make it possible to induce dispatched members to develop the systematic education & training program, and also make it possible for a dispatching country’s management office to do phased & quantitative evaluation of the dispatched members’ education & training program from the perspective that it’s possible not only to increase a conferring institution’s satisfaction with KOICA but also to reduce a halfway dropout rate of dispatched members when the education & training program coincides with the conferring institution’s request, together with the perspective that it might be possible for intensive educational support for a developing country to enhance effectiveness of international aid.
