AB - According to the result, amenities of living environments had the most value as 3.47, followed by residential condition as 3.15 and culture and welfare as 3.06. In terms of determinant analysis with multiple regression in the growth promotion area, accessibility was derived from determinant, next came amenities, income and diverse jobs. Over all, in order to make opportunities for income and diverse jobs in the growth promotion area, it needs to be carried out to enlarge the incentive for enterprise attraction and to promote new industry with local resources and features. It should be performed not only that the existing facilities in culture and welfare are diverse and managed sustainably but also that the remote lectures are built and prestige high schools are brought up. It is very important to expanse the railroad and to increase road connected with highway, sustainably.
