ABSTRACT

This study focuses on North Korean Defectors' Social Information Management(Stigmatization Information) as various actions that occur while North Korean Defectors are having Face to-face Interaction Process with South Koreans. The reason of the researcher being interested in Face to-face Interaction Between North Korean Defectors and South Koreans is that Microscopic Behavior Analysis is important for understanding Adaptation Process of North Korean Defectors. In order to analyze the Multifaceted Behaviors of North Korean Defectors with South Koreans, the researcher used Goffman's Theory “Stigmatization, Dishonor, Potential Dishonor, Concealment and Camouflage. Researcher analyze various actions that occur in meetings between North Korean Defectors and South Koreans through Goffman's Theory. Finally, the researcher categorized the Process of Diverse Interactions into several stages by the Degree of Integration. Though this, the researcher contain Encounter Integration in the Frame Work of Discussion of Integration Policy and then the researcher draws a Political Implication.
