ABSTRACT

In this study, Good-Neighbors Chad branch opened the <Chad local teacher capacity enhancement training> for the development of Chad education. Describe and analyze the process in which Korean teachers participate as instructors and deliver training korean contents. With the 2015 World Education Forum held in Korea as an opportunity, Korea's demands for international cooperation in education with Africa in various fields have increased even more. If Korean education can be used for projects in underdeveloped countries, it is expected that Korean education will greatly contribute to the educational development of many African countries. In the case of training on Korean education for local teachers, it is possible as a sustainable education ODA project rather than a one-time event. To this end, the ODA project in the African education field in Korea was reviewed, the educational environment in Chad was analyzed, and specific teacher training programs were presented. Through this, we will explore ways to disseminate Korean education in Africa. Good-Neighbors Chad branch invited Korean teachers for the development of Chad 's education and planned a training program for local teachers. The first trainings were fostering facilitation and cooperative learning programs. The second training program has trained project learning, understanding of curriculum, instructional planning, peer supervision and counseling techniques. The second training program has trained project learning, understanding of education curriculum, write teaching guide, peer supervision and counseling techniques. In the future, various forms of research and studies will be necessary to establish and activate the educational contents of Korea as a national policy.
