The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of follower’s propensity to cooperate and propensity to compete in the relationship between leaders' participative decision making and follower’s creative process engagement. 294 valid questionnaires collected from employees working in domestic companies with more than 300 employees were analyzed using SPSS PROCESS macro. As a result of the study, first, it was found that participative decision making had a positive effect on creative process engagement. Second, in the relationship between participative decision making and creative process engagement, it was confirmed that both the individual and compound moderating effects of propensity to cooperate and propensity to compete were significant. In other words, when both propensity to cooperate and propensity to compete were high, the highest level of creative process engagement was found. Theoretical and practical implications for the research results were discussed., and Suggestions were made for future research.

This study aims to investigate how university students' self-leadership affects institutional commitment by using their self-efficacy as a mediating factor. To gather data, a web-based survey was given to students at four-year public and private universities in Seoul. The final sample size is 347, and the research findings are as follows: First, students' self-leadership positively affects their institutional commitment. Multiple regressions showed that behavior-focused strategies and natural reward strategies have a direct and positive effect on institutional commitment. Second, students' self-leadership positively affects their self-efficacy. Third, students' self-efficacy positively affects their institutional commitment. Last, students' self-efficacy mediates the relationship between self- leadership and institutional commitment. A mediator analysis showed that through self-efficacy as a mediator, all self-leadership strategies affect institutional commitment. This is the first study to examine relationships between self- leadership, self-efficacy, and institutional commitment among undergraduate students. This research has implications for the importance of increasing students' commitment to universities, self-leadership, and self-efficacy. It also gives researchers and practitioners helpful information about setting up self- leadership and self-efficacy programs to help students become more committed to their institutions and become successful and versatile self-leaders.

The purpose of this study is to provide implications for preparing university-level integrated support policies to prevent academic probation of university students from being warned and eliminated in the middle by presenting the role of related departments in the university. Therefore, the research method is to consider prior studies, interviews, case studies and expert consultation. The results of the study are as follows. First of all, through interviews with university students and case studies, it was confirmed that there was a need for management and support for understudied students, establishing a system to check academic achievement levels at any time, and integrated support for related departments. Second, through the review of academic warning programs, psychological support, support for classes and learning, individual and group program operations, development of inspection tools, and measures to overcome academic warnings were presented. Third, the university-level integrated support system and operation plan were presented by classifying the learning slump and academic warning experience process of university students into three stages during and after the semester. The significance of this study is as follows. Based on prior research related to bachelor's warning college students and researchers' long research and operation experience, the university-level role and integrated support measures were presented until the escape of bachelor's warning and mid-career.
