AB - The purpose of this study was to develop the standard program for lifelong career design for employment academy for middle-aged people. This study used the ADDIE model based on analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and feedback throughout the process. Final standard program for lifelong career design consisted of four modules, 12 major learning tasks, 45 specific learning tasks, and 155 learning objects. These can be applied to any educational programs according to its needs.
The conclusions in this study are as follows. First, this study minimized the difference between the qualities of the programs in different regions. Second, this study improved trainer manual activities. Third, this study helped the employment for people in their middle ages. This study implemented a case study for lifelong career design for the employment academy for middle-aged people and provided a lifelong career total service model including pre-learning, learning and post-learning process.
