ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to explore the concept and principles of coaching through the theoretical study of coaching - related adult learning studies, and to examine the principles of adult education and self - directed learning, I suggest the theoretical and practical implications. The research method is based on the literature study and it aims at contributing to the theoretical foundation of coaching and the academic development of coaching centered on the research on coaching in the aspect of adult learning. Based on these research objectives, the coaching staff reviews the concept and principles of coaching, and reviews the principles of adult education and their relevance to adult learning theory of self-directed learning, transition learning, and experience learning theory to enhance the theoretical basis of coaching and exercise.he purpose of this study is to examine the concept and principles of coaching, to examine the relationship between coaching and self-directed learning, transition learning, and experiential learning theory, which are the principles of adult education and adult learning theory.
