AB - Purpose : A purpose of this study was to examine the demands of discipline program and developthe program suitable to cadets. Methods : This study was conducted in methodological study withthe analysis and the design steps of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation andEvaluation(ADDIE) among instructional design models. First, on the analysis step, in order to examinethe necessity of the discipline program, focused group interview of 16 novice nursing officers and 8experienced nursing officers who were in charge of disciplinary action was conducted. Secondly, onthe design step, analysis of discipline programs of 4-military academy including Armed ForcesNursing Academy (AFNA) was held. Then, content validity of the program was verified with six ofcurrent officers. Results : The developed discipline program suggested 19-specific programs andmanagement methods. And the guiding course for discipline program and 4 extra programs wereadded to the original. Conclusion : This study has a great significance in the aspect of presentingdiverse characteristics and practical needs to the discipline program at AFNA.
