ABSTRACT

This study analyzes system behavior and safety during severe accidents involving coolant inflow into the reactor core and building. Although this integrated configuration is not a standard safety system, its cooling effectiveness has been validated through operational plant cases. To identify geometric regularity in complex accident environments, Fractal algorithms and Internet of Things (IoT) monitoring were integrated, with coolant accumulation modeled via Boolean-based numerical simulations. Results show safety indicators rising gradually following initial damped oscillations. By day 90, the system reached thermal equilibrium, ultimately stabilizing in a steady-state with constant-amplitude oscillations, confirming long-term stability.
