■ Changed issuance regulations in 2020 (changed to March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31)
Article 1 (Number of Publications) In principle, the number of publications of the journal is 4 times a year, and the publication date is the last day of March, June, September, and December (3.31, 6.30, 9.30, 12.31).
Article 2 (Publisher) The publisher of the thesis shall be the president of the society, and the editor shall be the chairman of the thesis editorial board.
Article 3 (Copyright) Copyrights for papers submitted to the journal automatically belong to the Society, and if used for other printed materials, it must be reported to the Society. However, an exception is made when the contributor himself/herself uses it.
Article 4 (Issuance of Papers) When publishing a paper, the contributor bears the prescribed cost as stipulated in the Article Submission Regulations according to the number of pages produced. (Related thesis examination fees and thesis publication fees must be specified in the thesis submission regulations)
Article 5 (Order of Publication) Submission of manuscripts is decided after review, and the order of publication is based on the order of submission, but the editorial committee may adjust the order according to the progress of the review.
Article 6 (Thesis Format) Even if the review has been completed, manuscripts that do not strictly follow the Society's submission regulations will be rejected.
Article 7 (Manuscript Editing) In the case of a manuscript whose publication has been confirmed by the decision of the editorial committee after the review has been completed, the final printed version is corrected by the contributor directly upon publication.
Article 8 (Others) 10 copies of the off-print are provided to the corresponding author.
Article 9 (Effectiveness) This regulation shall take effect from April 10, 2015.
Article 10 (Effectiveness) This regulation shall take effect from January 1, 2017.
Article 11 (Effectiveness) This regulation takes effect from January 1, 2018.
Article 12 (Effectiveness) This regulation shall take effect from January 1, 2020.
