AB - The state is obliged to take active measures, such as enacting and revising related laws, to actively guarantee the basic rights of the people's health and environmental rights from fine dust generated on roads. Although the government is currently establishing and implementing various policies, the effectiveness of the policy felt by the public is significantly low, and it is necessary to create a foundation for the clean air that the public should enjoy.
In order to apply the greenwall system technology for road protection early, it is expected that the fine dust on the road will gradually decrease if the standards set by the Road Act, the Road Safety Facility Installation and Management Guidelines, etc. are reviewed.
