ABSTRACT

This paper is intended as an investigation into the principles and direction that have been taken in process of oral storytelling resources to making cultural contents. There are three steps as follows : 1) discovery and preservation 2) planning and developing 3) use and spread. Firstly, I was to redefine oral storytelling as oral literature According to redefinition, that is oral narratives related to traditional culture and heritage. And digital archives structure of oral storytelling should be built for public use and approach. Secondly, in the step of planning and developing regional characteristics of oral storytelling should be a right storytelling for local residents to share and communicate each other. And I demonstrated that how we can use the local oral stories for a fast-growing performance contents recently. Thirdly, in the step of practical use and the spread I pointed out that data of oral story resources should be shared between users for publicness. Local stories should be reformed as learning and human knowledge.
