ABSTRACT

This study concerns three currents-neo-liberalist, socialist, communist- in plans for post-war economic structural reform with the reports or plans made by the committees affiliated to the French Resistance. From the creation of the Free French in June 1940 to the establishment of the Provisory Government of De Gaulle in June 1944, the most controversial subjects in the diverse plans of the Resistance were those of nationalization, economic planning, economic and social democracy, modernization, etc. In consequence, the contents of these plans for economic structural reform came to be not only the principles of economic and social policy presenting political identity, but also the footing of the Monnet Plan of the Provisory Government of De Gaulle.
