ABSTRACT

This study analyzes the results of the evaluation and the business plans of the Residential Service Preliminary Certification that took effect on June 2016. Thereby it is intended to identify characteristics of each item and needs of Residential Service and to suggest improvement directions for Residential Service. As a result of analyzing categorized business plans of the preliminary certification, they suggest to the specific plans for Residential Service but there is a limit of establishing concrete measure for Residential Service, before the fund is invested. As it is not possible to judge whether or not to fulfill the promise for the plan according to the preliminary certification stage, some items appear to require preparation for feasibility. In addition, concerning the analysis of needs for Residential Service, there is high demand for housekeeping and convenience support services, except essential items such as unmanned courier storage boxes and national and public daycare centers services that affect scoring. Also there are specialized services targeting the residents, such as childcare and business start-up support services.
