ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of future college dance education by exploring the shape of future education following the social change after the pandemic and examining the current status of college dance education for dance education leaders. Based on the reflections and efforts of the college dance leaders revealed in the above interview, the following five core competencies required for college dance education are presented in terms of future education. Hybrid (blended) ability to teach online and offline using edutech, high-touch-high-tech competency that educates using artificial intelligence and creative education based on it, digital literacy competency, teacher competency as a facilitator, creative teaching skills. This is in line with the directions of individuality and diversity, digital-based education, space-time transcendence, convergence and creativity, etc., which are pursued in future education.
