The purpose of this study is to propose a system that integrates digital dance archiving with copyright protection as a new framework for safeguarding choreographic works. This research examines the historical development and cultural significance, analyzes the limitations of the current copyright law, and reviews AI-based practices to demonstrate that the digitalization of dance movements can provide objective grounds for evaluating choreographic similarity, originality, and plagiarism. The findings suggest that integrating technological innovation with legal frameworks enables dance records to move beyond supplementary documentation and become an intellectual property management system. This approach provides a strategic foundation for sustainable protection and supports the growth of the creative ecosystem in the digital era. It also positions this study as a useful reference for future research and practice.

This study developed and applied (implemented) a Number-Based Rhythm (N.B.R) program to explore the use of numerical systems as a creative and structural tool in dance composition. The N.B.R program employs the inherent logic and structure of numbers to guide movement generation, rhythmic design, spatial arrangement, and emotional expression. The program was implemented (applied) with six choreographers, each with over five years of experience, along with two expert advisors. Over six sessions, participants engaged in a structured creative process that used using numeric principles to support improvisation and enhance compositional clarity. The results demonstrated that the integrationing of numbers into the choreographic process enhanced logical structuring, improved communication between choreographer and dancer, and fostered a balance between spontaneity and systematization. This research suggests that the potential og numerical principles serve as an innovative methodology for dance creation, with applications in both artistic practice and dance education.

This study aims to explore the potential of real-time virtual ballet classes as a future model for adult ballet education through qualitative research. In-depth interviews were conducted with participants before the class, at its midpoint, and after the class. The key findings are as follows: (1) Virtual classes offer greater opportunities and motivation for adult learners by reducing barriers associated with traditional ballet classes. (2) These classes provide more efficient teaching methods, that combine a structured and repeatable format with the absence of external social scrutiny. (3) Participants experienced a positive shift in their perceptions of ballet, coming to view it as more accessible than they had previously assumed. (4) The classes also brought about meaningful physical and personal changes, which in turn reinforced motivation and supported continued learning. These findings highlight the potential of real-time virtual ballet as a viable and effective model for adult ballet education.
