AB - The purpose of this article is to find the right concept of Work-theology. At present the master and man relation is dominated anywhere in Korea, especially between the government and the enterprises. This is why the fundamental ethical perspective for a human being is wrong oriented. Therefore we need to change our view for human beings. Otherwise the conflicts in the community are to be more deteriorated. So this article tries to find its balanced concept for human beings through the analysis into the biblical texts. In the process the linguistic approach is so adopted that the related texts may be more precisely analysed. Simultaneously the canonical approach method, which is more concerned with the faith community, is chosen. In result of the analysis through the social economic history the old Orient and the hellenistic(Greece and Rome) civilization show the discriminated position between master and slave. To the contrary in the jewish tradition and the bible(old and new testament) is the work theology correlative and takes a balanced attitude between physical and mental work. In the next main four parts is it tried, the biblical texts in relation to the theme to interpret. What is most fundamental, is the Person-concept, how to see human beings, especially in Genesis 1:26-27. Secondly we deal with the relationship between the world and creatures and mankind. Here we also find, that there is a correlation between them. Thirdly the rest is very important for the correlative work. Finally the work in itself is closely dependant on the earth, the working-field. As a result of the hitherto attempted study we have found, that all workers is each other correlative on the premise of theological Being(Person).
