ABSTRACT

Quality of Service, a significant factor of customer value attracts attention from general enterprises as well as public institutions in the aspects that it provides useful information in valuing customer satisfaction, evaluates the level of service, through excellent service quality management and ultimately, a dominant position can be held in the competitive environment. For that reason, this study attempted to perform a positive study on how the range of the service orientation and quality of policy service is composed of, what relationship among service orientation, organizational effectiveness, quality. The analysis showed that importance of subcategories constituting the service orientation of policy organization was high in order of service leadership, human resource management, service system, customer service, customer treatment, employee empowerment. And a result of analyzing the correlation between service orientation and service quality, it was found that the service orientation showed positive correlation significantly on the service quality. As a result of examining the correlation between service orientation and organizational effectiveness, it was analyzed that the service orientation showed positive correlation significantly on the organizational effectiveness. The analysis showed that importance of subcategories constituting the organizational effectiveness was high in order of job satisfaction and commitment. As a result of analyzing the correlation between organizational effectiveness and service quality, it was found that the organizational effectiveness showed positive correlation significantly on the service quality. The analysis showed that importance of subcategories constituting the quality of policy service was high in order of reliability and consideration.
