The purpose of this study is to identifying the research needs in the field of women`s issue. For this purpose, a three-round delphi technique was used to collect data through a series of surveys to obtain the consensus of a group of 45 experts in women`s studies. In the first round was sent to them unstructured questionnaire and in the second and third round, the summarized results of the first and second round were delivered to rate the importance of each item for confirmation and validation of the results. Data were analyzed using content analysis and descriptive statistics. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, the research domains are defined as the law, politics, policy, education, economy(labor), family, child care, welfare, socio-culture, health, history, science(IT), international issue and feminity(rights). Second, the research needs in each domains are defined as economy(labor), politics, international issue, health and history. Based on the findings of this study, further research is required to identifying the research needs of each domains.
