AB - 伴随着人类社会进入21世纪，时代的发展呈现出新的趋势。经济全球化深入发展，科技进步日新月异，人与自然的关系、生态环境、可持续发展等成为重要的研究课题，全球信息高速公路的建立、多媒体技术的发展和应用则进一步推动了信息技术的集成化、数字化、网络化和智能化。在其影响下，社会结构、产业结构、生产方式、生活方式和学习方式等都在发生着重大的变革。时代在传统与现实的碰撞中发展，在否定与肯定中反思，在扬弃与继承中前进，语文作为基础教育中的基础学科，在当代社会中也已被赋予了新的含义。在人类历史发展的重要转折时期，中国的语文教育在世界教育思潮的变革中，在不断涌现的新的教育理念的冲击与相关学科的影响下快速成长与发展起来，并开始初步形成了自己新的语文教育理论与教育思想。
