AB - The purpose of this study is on the solution of the problem that have made university students poor readings. What is the factors in make poor progress in reading of the university students. This study suggested the policies and strategies for correcting and improving the poor reading of university students. Especially in this study, it is necessary to establish the reading philosophy of the university students. That is the presentation of reading certification and the credit system of reading in educational system and in reading guidance.
