AB - The purpose of this study is to suggest core values and principles of children's services in public libraries. The writer, for the purpose, investigate a number of children's service guidelines from national and international level. The writer suggests eight core values and nine mission for the children's services in public library with administrative principles of whole aspects of children's services.
