AB - Counseling records can be used as a tool to identify the function of a counselor and to identify the client's status and will be able to expand functions as research data of academic and social culture. This study aims to investigate current status of management of records and archives on counselling youth and proposes a improved method to manage records and archives in Korea Youth Counseling & Welfare Institute. For this purpose, we performed interviews with the persons who have a role in managing records and archives. Based on the results, we proposed a method to improve problems. Especially, the proposals are considered in two sides administrative and systematic viewpoint.
